We currently ship all merchandise First Class Mail or Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.
What do I do if I do not receive my order?
Tracking information is automatically forwarded to each of our customers once the order has been shipped. If you recognize your order is lost in transit or not moving, please contact us for further assistance at smartinspiration19@gmail.com.
What do I do if my order is received damaged?
First, we sincerely apologize for any orders that are received damaged. We check every item and securely package them before shipping for quality assurance. Please e-mail us at smartinspiration19@gmail.com for a proper resolution.
Can I make changes to an order that has already been placed?
Once an order has been confirmed with payment, we are unable to make any changes to the order. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please review our Returns Policy for further details. This is located under the Help option at the bottom of our website.
Can I change the shipping location after the order is processed?
Once an order has been confirmed, you must process any address changes at your local post office.
When will I be charged?
Credit, Debit, ATM, or Check Cards
If you placed your order with a credit card, debit card, ATM card, or check card, your financial institution will place an authorization on your payment method until the order ships. This appears as a pending charge on your account, and the amount varies by financial institution. Usually, you'll see these charges range from $1.00 to the full amount of the order.
